Lets Eat Cake

Enjoy this dairy free, egg free, and gluten free cake! It tastes wonderful & this recipe would be perfect for some cake pops as well. The buttercream used on this cake is probably some of the best I have ever had & I have to give that up to my sister for the tip. She is truly the baker in the family so I am constantly texting her for ideas.

Now for the good part…. The silkiest, and most delicious buttercream & yes it is dairy free!

Ingredients:

4 cups organic powdered sugar

2 tbs orange extract (or extract of your choice)

1 cup Country Crock Plant based butter

A splash of milk

Using your paddle attachment mix the ingredients together on low for 3 min, Then for the last two minutes turn the speed to medium high to incorporate more air into the frosting.
